You won't get bored in this interval class! It includes cardio and strength training moves. Start out with 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength, and 1 minute of abs. All levels welcome - work at your own pace.

Bellydancing
Learn the hippest dance in town -- great for mind, body and soul! This class promotes health, flexibility and self-esteem while appreciating one’s own body no matter what age, size or shape.

Boot Camp
No guts, no glory in this total body workout! This class incorporates drills that enhance agility, speed, strength, and explosiveness. You’ll move around the room to different stations, each designed for a specific exercise. Check “lazy” at the door -- Boot Camp works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for all of life’s challenges!

Butts and Guts
Blast your abdomen and rear-end with this 30 minute workout. This class targets the abdominal and gluteus muscles through many different exercises. Power Squat will incorporate a step bench.

Cardio Blast
This lively class is perfect for everyone! Pick your intensity level and let the fun begin. Step combinations range from easy to challenging with modifications for all fitness levels.There are a variety of floor and toning exercises.

Circuit Training
Interval training burns calories! Tone those muscles and lose the fat with this cardio and weight training class.

Drums Alive  New!
Experience the pulsating rhythms, dynamic movements and powerful percussion of this new high-energy dance and rhythm program. This workout for your entire body, mind and spirit combines traditional aerobics with the powerful beat and rhythm of the drums. Drumming rhythms on your stability ball with drumsticks not only works your body, but frees your spirit. Drumsticks required; available at Front Desk for $6.

Fit for Two
Designed for the expectant and new mother, this class is perfect for keeping fit during your pregnancy and postpartum. Classes are offered both on land and in the pool. Physician’s permission is required. This class is sponsored by Women’s and Children’s Services at Port Huron Hospital.

Flex Card
Purchase a workout Flex Card that will fit your schedule. Cards may be purchased in groups of 8, 16, 24 or 32 workouts per 8-week session. Flex Cards may be used for all group fitness classes except Women’s Strength & Conditioning, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Bellydancing and Tae Kwon Do.

Gliding
Gliding is a unique sliding disc exercise system that allows for smooth, fluid and graceful movements. This class incorporates body sculpting, balance, fl exibility, core and cardio.

Hi/Lo
This is "Classic Aerobics" - remember when you did the grapevine? This is an aerobics class with moves that everyone can do for high and low intensity.

Kenpo-Fit  New!
Kenpo-Fit was created to give members a high-intensity cardiovascular workout packed with lots of punching, kicking and self-defense combinations designed to improve balance, endurance, flexibility and coordination. During this workout you'll learn some of the most effective ways to defend yourself, while at the same time getting your body in peak condition!

Kettlebell Workout
Kettlebells are an ancient training tool shaped like a cannonball with a thick handle. Kettlebells are quickly becoming the strength tool of choice for athletes, coaches and trainers. Reap muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular benefits with every workout! With our 30-minute workout twice a  week you will get a full body workout and be challenged by endless combinations of fast-paced compound moves. Join the FUN and get ready for amazing results! Class is limited to 8 people, so register early.

Kickboxing
This class will add excitement to your workout by offering the opportunity for a tremendous aerobic workout while training muscles through kickboxing techniques. Great for anyone at any fitness level!

For the fitness enthusiast ready to take his or her workout to the next level or in need of a new workout, our Certified Personal Trainers can help you achieve your goals safely. Your first appointment will include fitness testing. Pilates
This class is offered to improve flexibility, strength and balance while flattening abdominals.

Power Legs& Power Abs

Power Sculpt
This 30-minute class will relieve stress, tone muscles and keep you in shape. Get a total body workout including abdominal, upper and lower body exercises.

Resist-a-Ball
Get a toned body by weight training on the ball. You will have firmer abs, strong muscles and a leaner body.

Spinning
This is a great class for the riding enthusiast or someone that wants a non-impact workout. All workout levels welcome! Spinning® is an innovative way to take your workout to an entirely new level. Beginners please come to class 10 minutes early for proper bike setup. Spinning Race Day

Sport/Deep Tissue Massage
With Massage Therapists Jerry Jacobs and Andre Svacha. Sport/Deep Tissue Massage is designed to deal with specific body discomfort. This work focuses on the areas of complaint: neck, shoulders, back, hips, etc. with the goal of releasing restrictions or “knots” in the muscles. Stop by

Yoga "Vinyasa Flow"
