The Blue Water YMCA participates in the nation-wide AWAY program. More than 2,000 YMCAs across the country and around the world will welcome you into their facilities as a YMCA member with your membership card. Some fees may apply at some locations. Family MembershipsFamily memberships are the most economical way to join the Blue Water YMCA. A family membership consists of two adults and their dependent children living at the same address. A Single Parent Family membership consists of one adult and their dependent children living at the same address.
Membership CardYour membership card is valuable and important. You must present it each time you enter the building for access to the facility and when you register for programs. Lost cards may be replaced for a $10 fee.
Membership Payment OptionsPayment options include: monthly bank or credit card draft, or annual payment plan. Members may also pay in person at the front desk on the first day of each month.
Membership Refund/Cancellation PolicyMembership fees are generally non-refundable, except in the case of serious illness or change of residency. A 30-DAY WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL ANY MEMBERSHIP. In the event of cancellation, membership cards must be returned. The YMCA reserves the right to change membership fees with 30 days written notice to members.
Program Refund PolicyThe YMCA will not refund program fees unless the class is cancelled by the YMCA or the participant is unable to attend due to a medical reason or special circumstance.
Scholarships
The Blue Water YMCA is proud of its mission to build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. As a United Way member agency, financial assistance is available to all who qualify. Applications for both program and membership scholarships are available at the Front Desk.
