Body Recall
Lifetime fitness and exercise to affect and benefit your body. You can rediscover lost movement while you improve your circulation. Non-painful, slow, controlled movements will help you correct your form and posture. This program is funded by

Gentle YogaA blend of Hatha Yoga and Yogafit, this class offers options for beginner and intermediate practitioners. Each class begins with breath work to bring the mind and body into focus and closes with a state of relaxation. Ages 62 and up.

Nordic Walking & Walking ClubPopular in Europe for many years, this exercise is now sweeping the United States. Total body movement improves posture, balance, coordination, cardio and muscle strength. Join the fun, meet new friends and stay healthy. Walking poles may be rented for a fee of $3 each class.

PickleballThis net court game is a combination of tennis, badminton and paddleball. The game places emphasis on coordination, control, patience and strategy rather than strength or speed. It is easy to learn and helps eye-hand coordination. This game is very popular in Florida and Arizona and is rapidly growing across the country!

Seniors on WeightsLet our personal trainers help you gain or maintain muscle strength and endurance without the strain of heavy weights. Develop a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Silver SneakersHave fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

YogaThis class synchronizes asana poses with a conscious awareness of moving the breath with the body. Multi-level class suitable for beginners.
